Request and manage a subscription

• Go to subscriptions 
• On this page, you can see all our subscription options. You can choose the same subscription you currently have, or you are free to choose a different one.
• Click on ‘MORE INFORMATION’ below the subscription of your choice
• You will now be taken to the information page for the subscription you have chosen. If you wish to subscribe, please click on the blue button again
  
• If you do not yet have a Parkspot account, select ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ on the next screen. If you already have an account, you can select ‘LOG IN’.
  

Fun fact: you can view and manage your own subscription via your Parkspot account.

• If you have selected ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’, you will receive a registration email at the email address you provided. Please do not close this tab!
  

• Clicking on the login link will take you to a page on Parkspot where you can choose your password.
  Once this process is complete, follow the instructions on page
  

• Close this tab and return to the login page from step 5, then log in using the email address you provided and your new password

• Now follow the steps provided by Parkbase to complete your payment. If you choose not to tick the ‘AUTOMATIC RENEWAL’ option, you will need to renew your subscription manually via your Parkspot account when it expires. You will then be taken to your own subscription page:

On your subscription’s management page, you can do various things:

• Manage subscriptions: Go to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab in the menu on the left-hand side and click on ‘VIEW DETAILS’ next to the subscription you want

Here, you can do the following:

• Renew or cancel your subscription

• View your QR code

• Go through the Terms and Conditions again

• Take out a new subscription (you can take out several subscriptions per account)
  

View invoices:

• Go to the PAYMENT HISTORY tab in the menu on the left-hand side. Here, you can do the following:

• Download your invoices by payment

• Download your monthly statement

  

Download your annual statement

• Enter details: Go to the MY PROFILE tab in the menu on the left-hand side. You can enter your details here. The details you enter here will appear on your invoice.

Change password:

• Go to the CHANGE PASSWORD tab in the menu on the left-hand side. You can change your password here.

Add registration number:

• Go to the REGISTRATION NUMBER(S) tab in the menu on the left-hand side. Here, you can add a registration number by entering it under NEW REGISTRATION NUMBER and clicking ADD. In the left-hand column, you will see any registration numbers that have already been added. You can delete an old or incorrect registration number using the bin icon next to it. 
  

You can link multiple number plates to each subscription, but only one number plate can use the car park at any one time. The first number plate you link to your account takes precedence. If you wish to enter using a different number plate, you must first select that number plate in your Park-spot account or app
