Plan-T is a new building in the Spoorzone, which welcomed its first tenants on 1 October 2020. Plan-T features an open entrance area with a central reception area. It serves as a meeting place with shared meeting and presentation rooms, combined with catering facilities.
Office in the Spoorzone
Plan-T is situated next to Tilburg Central Station, right in the heart of the Spoorzone. The Spoorzone area is characterised by the infrastructure of the Tilburg Main Workshop, where rolling stock used to be manufactured and repaired. The Spoorzone is a wide strip running east to west through the centre of Tilburg, to the north of the city centre. Here, we are bringing together old and new, rugged and refined, in a blend of living, working and daily life.
Sustainable
Sustainability is at the heart of Plan-T. Plan-T will be equipped with a central energy generation system utilising thermal storage for heating and cooling, combined with heat pumps. Thanks to the large windows on the external façade, everyone can appreciate the building’s sense of openness and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Spoorzone. With its natural and mechanical ventilation, the building provides fresh air and ensures an optimal balance between energy consumption, indoor climate and air quality.
Parking: Heuvelpoort Car Park
The Heuvelpoort car park is a 15-minute walk from Plan-T. The car park offers 10 parking spaces with electric charging points. All parking bays in the car park are at least 2.20 metres and no more than 3.20 metres wide. The car park is also accessible to taller delivery vans or commercial vehicles. Within walking distance are the shops, various food and drink areas, the cinema, the 013 music venue and, of course, the Spoorzone.
Fair and safe parking
The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you walk out of the car park, you’ll find yourself in the centre of Tilburg. At the Heuvelpoort car park, you pay per six minutes, so you’ll never pay more than you need to! That makes it the fairest car park in Tilburg.
The entire car park is equipped with comprehensive CCTV surveillance. In addition, there is excellent lighting, even at night and in the evenings. Outside shop opening hours, the car park is accessible only to those using the car park, and it is always monitored. You can therefore feel completely safe.

You can take out a subscription that best suits your personal circumstances. For example, you can opt for the 24/5 subscription: park in the car park 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday. For 98 euros a month, you can use the car park from Monday to Friday, regardless of the time of day or how long you park for. From 1 August 2023, the 24/7 subscription will also be available. With the 24/7 subscription, you can park all week (including at weekends) at the Heuvelpoort Car Park in the heart of Tilburg. This applies regardless of the time of day or the duration of your stay, and costs €129 per month.

When you walk out of the Heuvelpoort car park, you’ll find yourself right in the centre of Tilburg. There are also a number of other great areas within walking distance. The Dwaalgebied, with its local shops and trendy eateries. How do I get into the car park after the shops have closed?
When the shops in the city centre are closed, the car park is also closed to people who are not parking there. You can gain access to the car park via the card readers at both entrances (Piusplein and Heuvelring).
