Should I buy myself a special scale?In general, I was always touched, if not amused, by all these strict recipes about 100 grams of something for lunch and 150 grams of something else for dinner. After all, if you think about it globally, dietary nutrition is also cooking, a kind of culinary art, and in any cooking process, the main thing is a sense of proportion, impromptu, individual approach to the dish, even if it's just buckwheat porridge.
I mean, what do I want to say? Learn to read all these dietary recipes correctly, with common sense and the feeling that I am alone. If you think that some ingredient can be safely removed, then radiate, and if you think that you can add it, then do not hesitate, similarly, it is not necessary to pay attention to all these weights and the sequence of intake of products.
Let's look at and analyze a kind of slag–removing diet, the principle of which consists in alternating solid and liquid food, that is, one day we chew, and the next we slurp, and then chew again, and so on by day. On the one hand, everything seems logical, a variety of food, everything is balanced, in general, you can live. The diet promises to relieve, cleanse and heal our long-suffering body.
