From Wednesday 21 December 2016 to Sunday 8 January 2017, Tilburg will be buzzing with the Winter Fair. Around 30 fairground rides will be set up in the city centre. Alongside the rides, there will be atmospheric Christmas stalls and performances by Christmas choirs. The summer fair\u2019s little brother has everything it takes to become a new tradition!<\/p>\n
Attractions Events Practical information Sunday to Thursday, 11.00 \u2013 23.00 Are you planning to visit the Winter Fair in Tilburg by car? The Heuvelpoort car park is centrally located between the various squares and is open 24 hours a day. As soon as you step out of the car park, you\u2019ll be immediately immersed in the winter atmosphere.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>You can enjoy a range of attractions on the Heuvel, Piusplein, Katterug, Paleisring and Pieter Vreedeplein. These include a merry-go-round, claw machines and ponies, all providing winter fairground fun. Of course, there are also stalls selling typical fairground treats such as churros, nougat and candyfloss. But no winter fair would be complete without a stall selling mulled wine.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Business owners, venue operators, the hospitality sector and other stakeholders are also organising activities to complete the winter atmosphere. For example, there are cosy Christmas huts in various spots around the city where business owners sell lovely items. A Tilburg funfair without \u2018Roze Maandag\u2019 is, of course, unthinkable, so Boxing Day has been declared \u2018Roze Wintermaandag\u2019. And on 31 December, at midnight \u2013 provided the permits are in order \u2013 you can enjoy an organised fireworks display. You won\u2019t want to miss this Tilburg Winter Fair!<\/p>\n
