Although one carriageway of Spoorlaan is closed, you can still reach the Heuvelring just as easily.<\/p>\n<p>Roadworks have been taking place on Spoorlaan since late 2018, involving the replacement of various underground cables and pipes. The works are divided into three phases, with phase 1 having been completed earlier this year. The works are now in phase 2: the area around Willem II-straat. One carriageway is closed during these works.<\/p>\n<h2>Phase 3 postponed<\/h2>\n<p>Phase 3 will cover the section of road from Willem II-straat to Heuvelring. It is not yet known when this phase will begin. The original plan was for work to begin in mid-March. However, this has been revised due to the construction of the De Bankier residential tower and the new cycle park at the station.
